How do I order?
When you see something you wish to purchase, click the "Add To Cart" button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you will see the item listed. If you would like more than one of this item, enter the number in the "Qty" box then click "Update" to see a new total cost. If you wish to continue shopping simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button. When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking "Checkout". Follow the checkout process where you can choose your payment and delivery options. When you have completed your purchase we will provide you with an Order ID number. There is no need to print this, as we will email it to you.

How and when will my purchase be shipped?
At YourStoreToExplore.com we aim to have your purchases on their way to you within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of full payment. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you within 24 business hours by phone or email. WE USE UPS AND USPS PRIORITY MAIL TO SHIP ALL ORDERS AND INSURANCE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR SHIPPING COSTS. PLEASE EMAIL US REGARDING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WHICH WE WILL SHIP BY USPS AIRMAIL PARCEL POST.

How do I return an item?
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. It is very important to us that you are both happy and 100% satisfied with any items purchased from us. Accordingly, if the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 7 DAYS to put the item/items back in the mail to us for a prompt refund or exchange. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received and with all tags still attached. ITEMS PURCHASED PRIOR TO CHRISTMAS MAY BE RETURNED FOR REFUND AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS MAILED BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS. A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER THE REFUND RETURN PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing or an error on our part, the initial shipping fee will be waived. Your card will normally be credited within 7 - 10 business days after we receive the return item/items. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received and with all tags still attached. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number (such as UPS or FedEx) or a delivery confirmation number (such as Priority Mail with a Delivery confirmation). If we do not receive a return (or it does not show up in our records as having been received), we cannot issue a credit without a proof that it was delivered to us and insurance purchased in case of loss or damage.
